Embrex Hires Exec To Assist in Vaccine Development

David Shapiro is the new senior director for global veterinary services at Embrex.

Emrex (Nasdaq: EMBX) provides various services for the poultry industry.

Shapiro is a graduate of Purdue University where he studied avian pathology. He has 24 years of experience in the poultry industry. He will assist Embrex is registration with the US Depart of Agriculture, marketing and services for its vaccine that targets coccidiosis, a parasitic disease of birds’ digestive systems.
