RTI International will study financial aid programs across the United States under a new $20 million contract awarded by the US Department of Education.
The purpose of the study is to gather data that to assist “researchers and federal policy makers address the affordability of postsecondary education and the effectiveness of existing financial aid programs,” RTI said.
RTI received the contract from the National Center for Education Statistics.
