Dell, which dedicates its new North Carolina production facility in Winston-Salem on Wednesday, is introducing a new line of high-performance hardware that can serve as a home-entertainment hub.

Models include the XPS 600, XPS 400 and XPS 200 desktop machines and the XPS M170 notebook. The desktops come with Pentium 4 or Pentium D processors with dual-core technology available. The laptops run on Pentium M chips.
