Cisco Systems (Nasdaq: CSCO) is acquiring Nemo Systems, which is based in Los Altos CA, in a deal worth as much as $12.5 million in cash.
Nemo focuses on network memory applications.
The deal is expected to close later this month. Nemo will become part of Cisco’s data center, switching and security technology group.
