Cisco is rolling out new switching and software technology designed to help enterprise customers manage and control their grid systems through a new network-centric approach, NewsFactor reports.
“Rather than requiring network administrators to manage each Cisco product and technology individually, the VFrame application gives systems administrators a single interface for provisioning Cisco data-center infrastructures,” NewsFactor says.
