Research Triangle Software is making available its suite of software for use with USB memory devices that aren’t made by RTS.

The software is designed to work with USB systems designed for interoperability with Windows.

The CryptoStick Software Suite 2.0 includes encryption, private Internet browsing capability, and anti-spyware as well as an e-mail client and calendar.

“We are excited to announce our new software suite open to all USB flash drives,” said Jeff LeRose, chief executive officer of Research Triangle Software. “Our corporate customers like the idea that they can load our software to their existing inventory of USB devices thereby standardizing all their USB flash memory devices and portable USB hard drives without going through the expense of replacing them with new hardware in order to achieve security standardization.”
