Cisco will be dedicating its new Global Education and Development Center at its RTP next week, and Chief Executive Officer John Chambers will be on hand to help cut the ribbon.
Chambers also may have other news to make.
In a press update, Cisco said Chambers “will announce future plans for Cisco’s RTP operation.” The company did not disclose any further details.
North Carolina Lt. Governor Beverly Perdue will also be in attendance, Cisco said.
Chambers is scheduled to make the announcement on Wednesday, Oct. 5, at 12:45 PM.
