The deadline to nominate individuals and companies for the annual “21 Awards” is Sept. 30.
The awards are sponsored by the North Carolina technology Association.
The judging is being coordinated by Grant Thornton.
Awards will be presented on Nov. 17 at the Embassy Suites in Cary.
