NORCROSS,Optimus Solutions, an information technology services provider, has acquired enterprise consulting firm Mahre Consulting.
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The deal will enable Optimus to offer more services in corporate governance, IT infrastructure, process improvement, best practices and enterprise project management.
“Every organization has a collection of processes centered around business activities that produce value, satisfy customer requirements, and generate revenues,” said Mark Metz, chief executive officer of Optimus Solutions. “With the acquisition of Mahre Consulting, tying these vital processes to collaborative web-based tools will bridge the gap between customer business goals and IT strategies.”
Optimus Solutions is based in Georgia and also has an office in Charlotte.
