Gregory McGraw, former chief executive officer of Cypress Communications, has joined the board of directors at i2Telecom International.
McGraw will also serve as chair of the audit committee for i2 (OTCBB: ITUI), a provider of voice over Internet Protocol telephony services.
Cypress, a provider of VoIP services, was sold in June.
