ChannelAdvisor, a provider of selling solutions for retailers and others seeking to exploit online markets such as eBay, will utilize enterprise data services from Hosted Solutions.
Financial terms of the multi-year contract were not disclosed.
The package of services includes 500 square feet of co-location space at Hosted Solution’s Raleigh data center, more than 100 dedicated servers, network load balancing and managed network services.
“We were looking for a partner to host our core applications as well as support the infrastructure behind those applications. Hosted Solutions provides these services and much more,” said Ralph Kasuba, vice president of engineering at ChannelAdvisor. “We also found that the Hosted Solutions dedicated server model would allow our IT team to focus on our core business. It was integral in the continuation of our reliability, scalability and availability (RSA) initiatives.”
