Market Central, which is doing business as Scientigo, has named a financial executive as its new board chairman.
Stuart Yarbrough, a principal in CrossHill Financial Group, was named to fill a vacancy on Scientigo’s board and then was elected chairman, the company said.
Scientigo (OTCBB: MKTE) is focused on business process automation technology.
Yarbrough co-founded CrossHill in 1994. It is based in Washington DC.
