ClickFox, a venture-backed firm focused on human behavior interactions with businesses, has hired a new chief operating officer position.
Taking the job is William Hawley, a former executive with NICE Systems where he managed its 300-member service organization. Hawley has also worked at FUSA/Bank One as vice president of information systems and as a manager at MBNA America.
