DTAC Thailand, a telecommunications firm, will use general packet radio service network and roaming management services from Tekelec.
DTAC will employ Tekelec’s Integrated Application Solutions to capture business intelligence data and real-time call detail reporting. The information will enable the wireless operator to better understand the performance of its network in terms of call completions, data transactions and other service deliverables, Tekelec says.
