BR Entrepreneurial Council’s Next Event Is July 19

AdvantageWest’s Blue Ridge Entrepreneurial Council will have its next networking event on July 19 at the Asheville Pizza and Brewery.

Keynote speaker will be Mike Rangel, the founder of Asheville Pizza and Brewery, which is one of the fastest growing independent pizza restaurants in the US.

“Asheville Pizza & Brewing is an excellent example for our entrepreneurs to follow,” said Jim Roberts, executive director of BREC, said. “Mike, as an entrepreneur and a family man, still finds time to volunteer in the community as the Chairman of the WNC Film Commission, and he is also very active with charitable donations to good local causes. He runs a small business with a big national reputation. The low cost marketing that he uses to grow his business can be incorporated in most any industry we have in western North Carolina.”
