Interface Technologies Inc. (ITI) has landed a contract with Ultimus, a provider of business process management software, to help modify its communications process.
Ultimus retained ITI to develop templates and controls for Microsoft Content Management Server to make it easier to update its various web sites, including those published in foreign languages.
“On the second day, ITI had a working, functioning solution,” said Ken Bagnal, who is responsible for marketing communications at Ultimus. “By day three, we had tested it. And by day three and a half, I had the navigation control that I needed to work inside Microsoft Content Management Server and more. I would say that ITI definitely over-delivered.”
