Titan Technology Partners, a provider of strategic services and outsourcing, has acquired Oasis Software, a provider of managed services and hosted solutions.
Oasis is based in Brentwood TN.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The deal means Titan can offer specific services for Oracle and PeopleSoft customers — a focus of Oasis, Titan said in a statement.
“The combination of Oasis Software and TITAN Technology Partners is another step in our strategic plan to create significant value for all of our stakeholders,” said Michael Vadini, chief executive officer of Titan. “With the resources of the combined company, we will continue to make our customers stronger by solving their critical business problems.”
