ATLANTA — Sandeep Vohra, who has 16 years of experience in communications, is the new vice president for system architecture and chief technology officer for transmissions products at Scientific-Atlanta.
Vohra worked previously for C-Cor. He also founded Optinel Systems, a developer of Ethernet transport systems.
