Internet advertising revenues in 2004 reached a level not seen since the heady days of 2000, when the dot-com boom was in full swing, NewsFactor reported Monday.

Figures from the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and PricewaterhouseCoopers reveal that online ad income rose 33 percent last year over 2003 to reach some US$10 billion, topping and the previous revenue record in 2000 by nearly 20 percent, NewsFactor said.
