WILMINGTON,aaiPharma’s stock is no longer listed on NASDAQ, effectiveApril 18.
The stock ticker has been changed to aaii.PK.
The delisting followed the pharmaceutical firm’s failure to file its 2004 annual report by SEC deadlines.
aaiPharma also disclosed on Friday that its losses for the third quarter of 2004 were higher than previously reported, reflecting an additional $2.1 million in customer credits and product returns. The change ups the quarterly loss to $36 million, or $1.26 per share.
