CGI Holding Spends Nearly $10M To Acquire Two Firms

CGI Holding Corporation, the Illinois-based parent of Websourced, is acquiring two more companies in deals valued at nearly $10 million.

CGI, which has acquired several firms in recent months, said Monday it would spend $4.95 million in cash and $4.95 million in stock to acquire Vintacom Media Group and Real Estate School Online.
