CGI Holding Corporation, the parent of RTP-based WebSourced and several other subsidiaries, closed 2004 in the black, the company said Thursday.

CGI (Amex: THK), which plans to change its name to Think Partnership, said it earned 10 cents a share on revenues of $21.4 million in 2004. That total reflects a 203 percent increase from the previous year.

However, profits for the fourth quarter dropped to $724,737, down from $1.2 million the previous year due in part to some bad debt write-offs.

CGI has made several acquisitions in recent months.
