US LEC is expanding the availability of Voice over Internet Protocol offerings to three additional markets (Atlanta, Orlando and Washington, DC), the telecommunications provider said on Wednesday.

The VoIP service, which US LEC calls Dynamic T, was first introduced last year in Jacksonville and Tampa FL. The company said other markets would be added across its 15-state network in 2005.

Unlike some other providers, US LEC said its VoIP customers will receive service directly over its own network to provide more secure and reliable service.
