Brickware, a custom software suite developed for the brick industry by Interface Technologies of Raleigh, has landed another customer.
The latest user is Elizabeth City Brick, which is based in Elizabeth City, NC.
Interface developed the software along with Custom Brick of Raleigh., It is designed to help brick distributors take, track, price, deliver orders and improve customer service.
The software was rolled out formally at the Brick Industry Association annual meeting last week in Hollywood, FL.
“Everything we did was with paper. With Brickware, we will soon have it all on the computer, which means prompt service for customers and prompt delivery on jobs,” said Curtis Chambers, president of Elizabeth City Brick. “Anyone will be able to see a customer’s job and help him instead of the information being in a pile on someone’s desk or stored in a few people’s heads.”
