Premier Global Services, formerly known as Ptek, has acquired the conferencing services division of Citizens Communications Company in a deal worth $41 million.
Premier (NYSE: PGI) said the deal was financed through its credit facility.
The firm, which provides business communications and business process solutions, also said it had repurchased 635,000 shares of its own stock for $6.5 million.
