Misys Healthcare Systems is introducing a new partnership program for hospitals designed to help expand use of electronic healthcare records.
The program is designed to enable hospitals to offer Misys electronic medical records services to admitting physicians.
“The ability to interconnect medical care setting through the use of electronic health records is critical to the establishment of a national electronic health information infrastructure,” said Scott Sanner, vice president of sales for Misys Healthcare Systems, in a statement. “Hospitals, because of their unique position, have the ability to facilitate EHR usage, one community at a time. And with our Community Clinical Partnership Program, Misys is offering them the product to help them leverage this capability.”
