Hyde Park Capital Advisors, which recently opened an office in Charlotte, is adding to its staff.

Jeff Doherty joins the firm as vice president for investment banking. He also will oversee Hyde Park’s efforts in Europe. He most recently was a vice president with SG Cowen Securities in London. He has also worked with First Union Securities in Charlotte. Doherty earned his MBA at Wake Forest University.

Ingeborg Baugh joins the Charlotte office as an associate in investment banking. She worked for the law firm Heller & Rosenblatt in Washington DC. Baugh earned her MBA at Johns Hopkins University.

The Charlotte office is managed by David Gilroy, a former venture capitalist with Wakefield Group.
