FormScape, a developer of document process automation solutions, is forming an advisory board from among its customers.
The group will oversee FormScape’s user group program, which is also being expanded to include groups in the South Central and Western US.
“The advisory board’s mission is to serve as a strategic advisor and facilitate an active, constructive dialogue with FormScape development as well as product marketing and management teams,” said Malcom Peden, chief executive officer of FormScape, “Collectively the members can communicate key customer issues to FormScape and provide feedback on strategic product, support, services, and customer communication initiatives.”
The group will include senior managers from FormScape clients around the world and in different industries.
