StrikeIron and Grand Central Communications have made a deal through which StrikeIron’s web services network will be made available through GrandCentral’s own network.

Grand Central provides integration on demand services.

“Grand Central is building the world’s largest directory of business-class web services. Our partnership with StrikeIron enables us to provide their rich set of subscription-based web services to enterprise customers through our Business Services Network, while reducing the complexity and risk of integrating them together,” said Halsey Minor, founder and chief executive officer of Grand Central Communications, in a statement.

The companies said that by working together then can streamline and simplify access to more than 1,000 web services, including more than 35 subscription-based offerings. On-demand solutions can be built for eCommerce, identity verification, web development, call centers, direct marketing, financial services and company research.

“By providing Grand Central with access to our premium web services, we solve the technical challenge that many companies face of managing multiple point-to-point relationships,” said Bob Brauer, president and co-founder of StrikeIron. “Enterprises can now take advantage of StrikeIron’s new class of subscription-based online services and tools for enabling the utilization of Web services through Grand Central’s Business Services Network.”
