MORRISVILLE,SlickEdit, a developer of multi-language software development tools as well as code editors, has signed an agreement with S2 technologies to include SlickEdit as part of its integrated testing environment.
The deal is one of several in the pipeline for SlickEdit, which is also planning to release a new version of its product in the near future, a spokesperson tells Local Tech Wire.
S2 Technologies has developed means of optimizing integration of embedded software systems. It plans to use Visual Slick Editor as part of its Stride integrated testing environment. The technology enables developers to integrated applications and verify features before moving into system and product testing.
“We selected Visual SlickEdit because it is feature rich and highly customizable, which helps us deliver a best-in-class editing environment to our embedded systems customers,” said Mark Underseth, chief executive officer of S2 Technologies, in a statement.
