Infor Global Solutions is acquiring Mapics for $12.75 a share, a deal worth some $347 million, the companies said Thursday.
Both firms focus on enterprise software solutions.
The deal will form one of the largest such companies in the world, according to Infor. The combined operation will have more than 17,500 customers in more than 70 countries.
