Accipiter and Digital Envoy have teamed yp to add Digital Envoy’s NetAcuity Internet Protocol technology to Accipiter’s AdManager suite.

The IP geo-targeting data utilizes information within viewer’s Internet addresses to provide online ad buyers information about who is reading what web ads and where they access the Net.

Targeted measures include: area/metro code, time zone, latitude/longitude, bandwidth, city/region/country confidence code, SIC code, and connection speed.

Several Accipiter clients now use the service.
