MORRISVILLE,InCentric Solutions and Genisys Group are teaming up to offer a broader array of IBM services, software and hardware.

Both companies are IBM Premier Business Partners.

In the past, InCentric has dealt primarily with professional services and sale of IBM software. Genisys, meanwhile, has stressed IBM hardware and solutions. By forming an alliance, the firms said they would offer customers one point of contact for product definition, sales and services for installation of products such as enterprise portals and wireless networks.

“Our customers want IBM solutions, but they rely on us as an IBM Business Partner to stay current on changing product lines and technologies,” said Mark Milam, general manager and founding partner of InCentric Solutions. “This alliance allows us to give them the support they need for hardware as well as software.”

InCentric has its headquarters in Morrisville. Genisys is based in Tennessee.

“We can now offer our clients custom developed solutions based on IBM’s complete range of on demand software products,” said Clyde Cutrer, president and owner of Genisys Group. “This partnership also enables us to address our client’s growing demand for solutions built on emerging wireless technologies.”
