Michael Forhez, a former executive at SAS, is the newest member of the management team at CAS Americas, a provider of customer relationship management solutions.

Forhez, who was named vice president for CAS Americas, played a key role in the creation of the consumer products practice at SAS.

“Michael brings over 20 years of diversified consumer packaged goods-specific experience to CAS Americas and has a proven track record of launching CPG practices and customer relationship management technologies combined with strategic consulting expertise and the ability to drive successful growth initiatives,” said Johannes Dorsch, chief operating officer of CAS Americas, in a statement.

Forhez will focus on CRM processes and technologies and counsel CAS customers and prospects in sales and marketing automation plus trade promotion management, category management and retail execution, the company said.
