ALPHARETTA,BlueCube Software is rolling out a new product designed to help retail firms integrate better with corporate enterprise networks.
BlueCube said its Task Manager applications are designed to enhance its Workforce Management suite.
“Retailers are increasing the number of store level tasks associated with home office directives like product resets and promotions. In the past, these tasks had to be managed separately from demand-driven labor schedules resulting in an incomplete picture of store labor utilization, and inconsistent customer service,” said Erez Goren, BlueCube Software’s chief executive officer, in a statement.
“BlueCube Task Manager has a positive impact on customer service because it easily manages the creation, distribution, and execution of home office projects while also improving the automated demand forecast and labor schedule,” he added.
BlueCube is introducing its new product at the National Retail Federation trade show in New York this week.
