BellSouth is ending its relationship with US Electronics, a company that produces and sells telecommunications products.
US Electronics branded some of its items with BellSouth’s name.
The companies said the decision to terminate the agreement as of Dec. 31 this year was mutual.
USE said it will continue to distribute BellSouth branded equipment through June of 2006.
“The decision comes as the result of the companies’ two diverging business strategies,” the companies said.
