John Fry, a former attorney with Alston & Bird, is joining the intellectual property group at Morris, Manning and Martin.

Fry was part of Alston & Bird’s IP litigation group for eight years, He recently won a patent litigation case involving a verdict of $10 million.

Morris, Manning & Martin recently opened an office in Research Triangle Park.
