Socketware, a provider of email marketing services and applications, has named Dan Roy as its new chief technology officer.
Roy is the former director of the Atlanta engineering center for GetThere and was director of delta.com at Delta Technology.
John Karnes, who had been CTO, is now the chief marketing officer.
The company also promoted Tricia Robinson to chief marketing officer.
