YOUNGSVILLE,As part of its attempt to be listed on the American Stock exchange, Law Enforcement Associates has added a new board member and established an audit committee.
Joining the board is Joseph Jordan. Jordan will sit on the audit committee along with Martin Perry and Anthony Rand. Jordan is a partner in the accounting firm of Jordan & Delaney, LLP and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs.
