Invois, a provider of business-to-business services, has sold its Retail Intelligence Services applications suite to RetailData, the company said Monday.
The intelligence unit had been acquired as part of a merger with QRS Corporation in November.
Terms of the sale to RetailData were not disclosed.
Invois said the company would concentrate on its core B-to-B solutions.
