The business process management (BPM) grew at a fast clip in 2004, and the trend is expected to continue in 2005, NewsFactor reports. However, the market is also changing.

“Currently, BPM vendors are all swimming in the same pool, but this will change in 2005,” NewsFactor says. “Although product differentiation already exists, the difference between BPM software and E-BPM (enterprise BPM) will be broadly recognized – and will expand – next year.”
