The technology of an RTP-based software firm can be seen in the faces of the new “Vampire — The Masquerade — Bloodlines” game from Troika Games.

Specifically, developers Activision and Troika is using facial animations and lip synchronization applications from Interactive Multimedia Solutions founded by Donovan Moxey.

Interactive Media has developed an analysis engine that correlates voice data and facial animation for mouth, jaw and lip positions. The voice-to-animation engine is applicable for several languages, according to Moxey.

Bloodlines is a role-playing game involving vampires and other night creatures.
