Rob Tyler, a partner with the Hutchison & Mason law firm, is the newest member of the board of directors for the Triangle Accredited Capital Forum.

“Rob and Hutchison & Mason bring welcomed industry, small business and entrepreneurial expertise to the evaluation process of early stage companies,” said Bill Warner, chairman of the Capital Forum.

Tyler has been with the law firm since 1996 and has worked with numerous high-tech companies. He also helped create the North Carolina Medical Device Organization (NCMD).

The Capital Forum has conducted two briefings at which companies seeking financing were introduced to investors. Inlet Technologies, Endacea and Refense made presentations at the most recent event, which was last week.
