BoltBlue, a portal for mobile Internet services, will use technology from Accipter to manage its growing database of advertising.

BoltBlue, which is abased in the United Kingdom, expects to offer as many as 20 million ads per month, using AdBureau from Accipiter.

Accipter helps clients deliver ads in a variety of different formats, using multiple applications, and to target specific demograpic, geopgraphic and other audiences.
