Firearms Training Systems has received a $925,000 contract from the US Air Force to provide training for personnel in indirect fire and forward air control.
Systems covered include artillery, naval gunfire, mortars and close air sport. FATS is to provide its virtual training I-FACT (Indirect Fire — Forward Air Control Training) systems, installation and training starting early next year
FATS recently was awarded a $1.7 million contract for training of Iraqi police.
