Inlet, Refense, and Endacea have been selected to make presentations of their business plans at the next Triangle Accredited Capital Forum.

The new group, which is focused on helping match companies and private investors, also has added a new member to its board of directors. He is Needham Boddie, a co-founder and partner in the law firm Myers Bigel Sibley & Sajovec.

The next Capital Forum is set for Dec. 7 at 3:30 PM at the First Flight Venture Center in RTP.

“It’s growing quite rapidly,” said Bill Warner, chairman of the Forum, about the events. “The response to our first event was beyond extraordinary.”

More than 40 private investors have joined the Forum.

Inlet is a startup focused on high definition compression technology. The firm has developed a means of compressing data while preserving high definition quality.

Refense is a startup focused on developed of automated security software.

Endacea is a biopharmaceutical company whose lead product is designed to prevent and treat asthma.
