Sales Performance International is rolling out a new consulting practice with the objective of improving sales and marketing performance.

SPI picked Roberto Sanchez to lead the new division of its operation. The group will help clients align strategic and tactical sales and marketing strategies for clients.
Sanchez will serve as managing partner and CEO of the practice. He comes to SPI from IBM Business Consulting, formerly known as PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, and Accenture.

SPI provides revenue performance improvement services built around its sales methodology known as Solution Selling.
