VisiCraft Systems, a provider of property tax collection software, has been sold to a Michigan firm for $1.5 million.
Manatron, which is based in Kalamazoo MI, said the five employees of VisiCraft would become part of its employee base. Manatron is a provider of government revenue management software.
VisiCraft was launched in 1998. Its software is used by a number of counties and cities in Georgia.
