Mark Slaven, a former chief financial officer at 3Com, is the new CFO at wireless tower operator SpectraSite.
Slaven worked at 3Com from 2002-2004 and also held other financial positions at the company. He was vice president of finance for US Robotics before the company was acquired by 3Com in 1997. He also worked as CFO of the personal printer division at Lexmark.
Gabriela Gonzalez and Steven Lilly have served as SpectraSite’s interim Co-Chief Financial Officers for the past three months.
