Hollis Bischoff, an analyst from MetaGroup, will be part of a roundtable discussion on how companies can use business process management software on Nov. 4. in Durham.

The event is being put on by FormScape. It will take place at the Washington Duke Inn.

Also participating will be chief information officers from Highwoods Properties (Kevin Penn) and Kidde Safety.

Topics to be discussed include using document process automation.
“Documents are the white space around enterprise resource planning and ERP screen flows,” Bischoff said in a statement. “Document process automation acts as the glue between documents, processes and people. It enables real-time access to documents and information to help organizations unlock the maximum value from their ERP systems and business processes and thereby improve business efficiency, productivity, and service.”
